MICROTEACHING 2

Today's Menu:

  • Baked Chicken Sambal
  • Chakchouka
  • Mutton Masala

BAKED CHICKEN SAMBAL.
Two words: Spicy and Yummy.



CHAKCHOUKA
Once i first saw this name, i expected the dish to be difficult to make but actually it was easy and really interesting to make. Especially when the eggs were poached while cooking the minced chicken. That was my 'take home' skill.



MUTTON MASALA
I am not a fan of mutton but the gravy was creamy and little sour and i liked it cause i like sour food. I know i have weird taste buds.


All the dishes were great.
